Laguna to launch 911-style emergency response system
CALAMBA CITY, July 21 -- Laguna Governor Sol Aragones has announced the rollout of nine dedicated ambulances, six new community pharmacies, and additional free maintenance medicines as part of efforts to further strengthen the province's healthcare network.
Dubbed "Ambulance on the Go," the program will also introduce a centralized emergency hotline that will allow residents to immediately request ambulance assistance through a faster, more accessible response system.
"This is a dream come true for the province," Aragones said during her first State of the Province Address (SOPA) at the Laguna Sports Complex in Santa Cruz town on Monday, thanking President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for his support for the program.
