Manila, March 25 -- Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III on Tuesday night said the House of Representatives is prepared to move with urgency to deliver concrete relief measures following President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s declaration of a state of national energy emergency.
"The House will move with the same urgency, through targeted interventions, close oversight, and real relief for our people," Dy said in a statement, signaling swift legislative action to cushion the impact of rising fuel prices and potential supply disruptions.
