Manila, July 7 -- House of Representatives prosecutor and Senior Deputy Majority Leader Lorenz Defensor of Iloilo stressed on Tuesday that responsibility prevails for everyone as he opened the presentation of Article IV of the Articles for Impeachment against Vice President Sara Z. Duterte.

Article IV alleges that Duterte committed acts that betrayed the public trust, committed culpable violation of the constitution, and committed high crimes in publicly admitting through a live broadcast that she contracted someone to assassinate President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
