House elects new Commission on Appointments members
Manila, June 17 -- The House of Representatives on Wednesday elected new members for the Commission on Appointments (CA) during the special session called by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Those who are elected to represent the House to the CA include Deputy Speaker and La Union Rep. Francisco Paolo Ortega V, TGP Party-list Rep. Jose Teves Jr., Quezon City Rep. Franz Pumaren, Quezon Rep. Wilfredo Mark Enverga and Negros Occidental Rep. Mercedes Alvarez.
They replaced Camiguin Rep. Jesus Romualdo, Abono Party-list Rep. Robert Raymond Estrella, Agusan del Sur 2nd District Rep. Adolph Edward Eddiebong Plaza, Cavite 5th District Rep. Roy Loyola, and Camarines Sur 4th District Rep. Arnulf Brian Fuentebella.
