Manila, May 13 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday summoned another driver and operator of a Green and Smart Mobility (GSM) over a traffic incident, this time a multiple-vehicle collision involving eight motorcycles that injured several individuals in Quezon City.

In a statement, LTO chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao said the incident at the corner of 20th Avenue and Aurora Boulevard, which was caught on video, posed great danger to motorists and other road users, in addition to the damage sustained by the motorcycles.
