Manila, March 1 -- The country is forecast to experience fair weather, particularly in Luzon on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
The weather bureau, in its 4 a.m. advisory, said the easterlies or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will bring cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the country on the first day of March.
Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms may occur, it added.
