Manila, Aug. 4 -- The Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program continues to raise the standards of socialized housing, including vertical or condominium-type developments, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said Tuesday.

The agency made the statement during the topping-off ceremony of Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite, attended by DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles, and Home Development Mutual (Pag-IBIG) Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene Acosta.

Avesta Residences is the first socialized housing project of PH1 World Developers Inc. and Megawide Construction Corp. enrolled under the Expanded 4PH Program.
