ILOILO CITY, July 21 -- Eight community-based associations in Iloilo City received a total of PHP3.65 million in capital assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).

The city government said Tuesday the assistance aims to help associations start or expand livelihood ventures and increase members' income.
