Manila, Sept. 21 -- Around PHP38 million worth of sales is targeted for the five-day 28th Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair, scheduled from Sept. 23 to 27, at Megatrade Hall 2 of SM Megamall, a trade official said Monday.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) announced in a news release that more than 140 Central Luzon businesses will participate in the event.

"Likha ng Central Luzon is about taking what is uniquely ours and reimagining it for a bigger market," DTI Region 3 Director Edna Dizon was quoted as saying. "Our MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) are proving that products born in Central Luzon can be proudly made here and made ready for the world."
