Manila, Feb. 27 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has expanded the scope of its Pag-abot Program in the Visayas with the inauguration of the new Pag-abot Processing Center in Liloan town in Cebu province.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian led the inauguration and blessing of the PHP17.99-million facility on Thursday, which can provide temporary shelter for at least 120 street dwellers.
