Manila, April 20 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Monday assured it is assessing the distribution of cash relief assistance (CRA) to beneficiary drivers in Metro Manila to address issues that need to be improved.
DSWD spokesperson Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao said a careful study of payout sites and the capacity to accommodate thousands will form part of the assessment following the death of a beneficiary in Quezon City on April 18 during the cash distribution to motorcycle taxi and delivery riders in Quezon City.
