Manila, April 10 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will conduct a controlled dry run on the Sapiniton Bridge in Leyte from April 13 to 17, following the installation of a temporary support system.
The bridge, which connects Barangays Libtong and Bahay in San Miguel, Leyte, will be under strict traffic regulations during the five-day testing period to ensure structural safety and stability.
In an advisory issued Friday, the DPWH said only one vehicle will be allowed to cross the bridge at any given time. Motorists must also observe a maximum speed limit of 30 kph.
