Manila, Aug. 21 -- The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the Department of Education (DepEd) in Eastern Visayas will pilot a digital learning system in two public schools to enhance classroom instruction and provide teachers and learners with additional technology-based learning opportunities.

The two agencies signed a memorandum of agreement Thursday for the pilot implementation of the Enhancing Teachers' Unimpeded Rational Objectives Digital Learning System (e-TURO DLS) Project, a 12-month project that will run from August 2026 to July 2027.
