MANILA, June 4 -- Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento attributed the strong cooperation between the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Bangsamoro's Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy (MENRE) to the efforts of the Intergovernmental Energy Board (IEB), which is also working to accelerate electrification in the region.
