Manila, April 15 -- The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is ramping up efforts to create local employment opportunities for returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), specifically those repatriated by the Philippine government from the Middle East due to the continuing Middle East conflict.
In a social media post Wednesday, the DMW said it is exploring local opportunities for OFWs, in partnership with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
The DMW has also rolled out a series of reintegration fairs scheduled throughout April.
