Manila, Sept. 10 -- The decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) cancelling the registration and accreditation of the Moro Ako Party as a Regional Parliamentary Political Party (RPPP) is now final and executory.

The Comelec en banc, through Resolution No. 11271 issued a "Certificate of Finality" and "Entry of Judgment" on the ruling on the petition filed by Aladin A. Abdul against the political party.

"On 07 September 2026, the Clerk of the Commission issued the Certificate of Finality and Entry of Judgment declaring the Resolution of 27 August 2026 immediately executory and entering the same in the Book of Entries of Judgment," the Comelec said Thursday.
