Manila, Sept. 24 -- Private developers will soon be able to sell their unsold condominium inventory, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR), following the upcoming launch of a new modality under the government's flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

In a news release Thursday, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said the initiative, implemented through the Pag-IBIG Fund, aims to resolve local condominium oversupply while giving homebuyers access to affordable housing options.

The scheme covers prime-located condominium units priced at PHP3 million and below.
