Manila, March 23 -- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has urged increased investments in climate adaptation, saying these are critical to safeguarding Filipino homes, livelihoods and food security, particularly among vulnerable sectors.

In a news release on Monday, DENR Undersecretary Analiza Teh emphasizes targeted interventions in agriculture, water management and ecosystem protection can deliver immediate benefits to low- and middle-income households.
