Manila, March 12 -- The Department of Agriculture in the Caraga Region (DA-13) bared Thursday that 92,726 women farmers are already registered under the agency's Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture, based on data provided on March 12.

In time with the celebration of Women's Month, DA-13 recognized the role of women farmers in the development of their respective communities.

"The number of women farmers registered at the RSBSA signifies their active role in the management, care, and strengthening of agriculture in the region," DA-13 said in its report..
