Manila, Oct. 28 -- The Department of Agriculture (DA), in partnership with the World Bank, announced PHP97.91 million in agricultural investments to strengthen Bukidnon's coffee industry through the Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP).

The funding will benefit the Indigenous Peoples community of Daraghuyan Ancestral Domain, known for its award-winning coffee producers. MIADP Project Director Macario Gonzaga said the investments aim to improve livelihoods, agricultural productivity, resilience, and access to markets and services.

The investment package includes:

PHP51 million for two farm-to-market road projects.

PHP10.45 million for a multi-commodity warehouse and multipurpose drying pavement.
