Manila, April 6 -- The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said voter registration activities nationwide will resume on Tuesday.

"Reminder: Starting tomorrow, April 7, 2026, all Comelec offices will be open again," it said in a social media post Monday.

Comelec offices were closed on Holy Thursday and Good Friday, in observance of the Holy Week.

The poll body has implemented a work-from-home scheme every Monday, in support of the government's implementation of a four-day workweek as part of energy conservation measures.

Meanwhile, the Comelec reported that it has processed over 3.7 million applications, as of March 31, 2026.
