Manila, Sept. 13 -- Metro Manila and most of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms on Sunday due to localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said easterlies will continue to affect Extreme Northern Luzon, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.
