Manila, April 29 -- The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) is pushing for the creation of a National Anti-Scam Hub (NASH) to serve as a centralized complaint center for victims of fraud and online scams.
In a Bagong Pilipinas interview Wednesday, CICC Executive Director Undersecretary Renato "Aboy" Paraiso said the initiative, to be headed by the Office of the Executive Secretary, aims to make it easier for the public to report incidents of scams, while improving coordination between government agencies handling these cases.
