BUTUAN CITY, Aug. 22 -- Workers in Caraga (Region-13) recovered more than PHP11.2 million in monetary benefits during the first half of 2026 under the Department of Labor and Employment's (DOLE) Single Entry Approach (SEnA).

DOLE-13 said 546 workers sought assistance from January to June, raising issues such as Illegal dismissal, and nonpayment or underpayment or 13th month pay, minimum wage, separation pay, last pay and overtime pay.

The complaints came from employees across industries including construction, accommodation, retail, mining, financial services, health care, manufacturing and transportation, according to a news release over the weekend.
