Manila, Sept. 21 -- Two drug suspects were arrested with PHP1.6 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust in Paracale, Camarines Norte, the Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO 5) reported Monday.

The operation Sunday night resulted in the arrest of alias "Juls," 27, and alias "Jon," 21.

"Confiscated during the operation were two knot-tied and two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 245.76 grams and valued at an estimated PHP1.6 million based on the standard drug price," PRO-5 said in a news release.

The suspects were brought to the Paracale Municipal Police Station, along with the confiscated evidence.
