Manila, Sept. 9 -- The Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO-5) conducted the simultaneous send-off ceremony for personnel deployed to provide security and ensure public safety for the two-week celebration of the Penafrancia Festival 2026 at the PRO-5 grounds in Camp Brig. Gen Simeon Ola here on Wednesday.

PRO-5 Director Brig. Gen. Randy Glenn Silvio attended the ceremony with 868 personnel, while other deployable personnel from the Naga City Police Office, Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office, and Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office joined the activity via Zoom.
