Bible study to support learner dev't in schools under DepEd-NegOcc
Manila, Aug. 21 -- The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office (SDO) in Negros Occidental has allowed the conduct of campus ministry, bible study, and values formation in schools under its jurisdiction to support learner development.
In an advisory dated Aug. 17 issued by Schools Division Superintendent Gladys Amylaine Sales, the SDO-Negros Occidental announced that the Pentecostal Christian group Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ (Phil.), Inc. will hold such activity to foster spiritual growth among schoolchildren, but only upon voluntary participation of the schools.
