TACLOBAN CITY, June 18 -- The Baybay City government launched the "Quality Visitor Experience Initiative" on Thursday, a QR code-based feedback system that enables tourists and visitors to rate tourism-related establishments and services in the city.

The initiative, the first of its kind in Eastern Visayas, allows visitors to evaluate establishments on hospitality, efficiency, cleanliness and overall customer experience.

The platform also allows users to submit complaints, suggestions and recommendations regarding services offered by tourism-related facilities.
