Manila, Sept. 23 -- The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) in Western Visayas is tapping student leaders to promote ethical practices and help combat red tape and corruption through its ARTA Youth Movement.

ARTA in Region 6 launched the youth movement Tuesday at PHINMA University of Iloilo, where 91 student council members and organization leaders took their oath as ARTA Youth members.

The launch was held alongside a symposium on the Anti-Red Tape Authority and Republic Act 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

Students were oriented on provisions relevant to them, including the Citizen's Charter, client feedback mechanisms and procedures for filing complaints.
