SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, June 23 -- The chiefs of 590 villages in Antique must submit their detailed priority projects to be eligible for the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang (BBM) program allocation.

Liga ng mga Barangay Antique president Julius Cezar Tajanlangit said the provincial government received the P118 million budget two weeks ago.

"We are still waiting for the other barangays to submit their requirements, such as the names of the scholars and priority projects, so the funds could be downloaded to them," he said in an interview Tuesday.

Tajanlangit said about 80 percent of the village chiefs have submitted the names of their scholars and priority projects.
