SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, July 22 -- The government's expanded Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food and Transport (UPLIFT) assistance has been released to 20,312 household beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Antique.

Jeffrey Gabucay, 4Ps Antique Provincial Link, said in an interview on Wednesday that the PHP2,000 one-time grant was released through their cash cards on July 20-21.

"I urge the 4Ps to use the UPLIFT in buying their food, considering that the household beneficiaries monitored children also have their educational cash aid," Gabucay said.
