Manila, March 19 -- More than 20,000 housing units were showcased in a two-day housing fair in Central Luzon, highlighting the scale of the government's intensified shelter efforts under the expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

In a news release Thursday, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said around 40 private developers participated in the Housing Fair 2026 Central Luzon, organized by the Pag-IBIG Fund in Pampanga.

The housing units offer a mix of socialized subdivision-type or house-and-lot packages and vertical housing developments across Luzon.
