Manila, March 3 -- The Association of Southeast Asian Nations' (ASEAN) 10-year blueprint to advance human development in the region was fully implemented in 2025, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said Tuesday.

The agency, which chairs the week-long ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) dialogues, announced the milestone in a press conference following the conclusion of the 40th Senior Official's Committee for ASCC (SOCA) meeting in Makati City.

Under the 2015-2025 ASCC Blueprint, the bloc promoted equitable access to opportunity while advancing and protecting human rights.
