Manila, Oct. 26 -- Two weather systems will bring rain to parts of the country on Monday, the state weather bureau said.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to the Zamboanga Peninsula, Misamis Occidental, Basilan and Tawi-Tawi, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Moderate to heavy rains could trigger flash floods or landslides in these areas.

The northeasterly wind flow will bring isolated light rains to Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, which could also trigger flash floods or landslides, PAGASA said.
