Manila, May 29 -- More than 7,000 individuals in Iloilo, including informal settlers and low-income earners, are set to benefit from two new government housing projects under the Marcos administration's flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), in a news release Friday, said its officials led on Thursday the concrete pouring ceremonies for Iloilo Residences and Uswag 4PH Condominium Complex.

Iloilo Residences consists of two seven-story residential buildings with a total of 362 housing units, while the Uswag 4PH Condominium Complex, where 13 10-story buildings would soon rise, targets to make available at least 1,677 condominium-type units to ...
