Manila, June 25 -- Two foreign nationals wanted in their home countries for separate crimes were arrested in Metro Manila operations, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said Thursday.

During a press briefing at Camp Crame, PAOCC Executive Officer Undersecretary Benjamin Acorda Jr. presented South Korean national Kim Sihun, who is wanted for fraud, and Japanese national Hideharu Inoue, an alleged high-ranking member of the Luffy Group criminal syndicate.

Inoue was arrested on Tuesday along Washington Street corner Dela Rosa Street in Makati City. Authorities identified him as a senior member and manager of the Luffy Group, a Japanese syndicate involved in large-scale fraud operations across several countries.
