Bangladesh, Aug. 10 -- The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Chartered Life Insurance PLC, one of the country's leading life insurance companies, was successfully held on Monday, August 10, at the Gulshan Shooting Club. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid model.

Advertisement The AGM was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engr. Md. Nurul Akhtar, according to a media release.

Other members of the Board of Directors, shareholders, Acting CEO Mohammad Emdad Ullah, and senior officials of the company were also present.

The meeting was conducted by Company Secretary GM Rashed, ACS.
