MANILA, June 1 -- Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento said the agency will be creating a "catch-up" plan for Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) camps to further expedite their development.

"Kailangan nating bilisan. Sa komunidad, sa lokal na pamahalaan, sa lahat ng ahensya, sa mga benepisyaryo, mahirapan kaming humabol. Ang pakiusap lang namin, tulungan niyo kaming makahabol (We need to go faster, in the communities, local governments, all agencies, for the beneficiaries, we are having a hard time to catch up. We are asking everyone, please help us catch up)," he said in an OPAPRU media release late Sunday.
