During an interaction, she disclosed that she suffered epileptic seizures while filming the movie Dangal, and during that difficult period, her co-stars Aamir Khan and Sanya Malhotra stepped in to help her.

Fatima recounted that during the shoot, she suddenly began to feel strange, sensing that something was about to happen. Moments later, she suffered a seizure; initially, those present on the set could not comprehend what was actually taking place.
