Mumbai, June 17 -- Shreyas Talpade and Kajal Aggarwal starrer 'The India Story' has already created buzz before its release. A legal notice has been sent to the producers regarding certain claims made in the film's promotional campaign and trailer, after which the film has made headlines.

The notice objects to the "Slow Poison in Progress" campaign used in the film's promotion. The notice-seeking party claims that the trailer and promotional material present issues related to pesticide use, food adulteration, milk quality, and public health in a manner that could create a negative image of Indian agriculture and related sectors.
