India, Oct. 28 -- Xiaomi has launched the Redmi K100 in China with a huge 10,000mAh battery and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The smartphone also features a 165Hz OLED display, 100W fast charging and a dedicated gaming chip.

The Redmi K100 joins its siblings, the Redmi K100 Pro and Redmi K100 Pro Max, which launched earlier. Its biggest selling point is the massive battery, which is larger than the batteries in the Pro models.

The Redmi K100 combines a large battery, a high-refresh-rate display and flagship-grade processing hardware, making it an option for users who prioritise battery life and gaming performance. However, Xiaomi has not announced an India launch date.
