India, Feb. 1 -- Xiaomi has expanded the Redmi Note 15 series in India with the launch of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G and Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, pushing the lineup closer to the premium segment. These additions are taking Redmi Note nearer to the high-end market, particularly in camera, display brightness and construction.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ and Note 15 Pro introduce a new 200MP camera system with up to 4x optical-level in-sensor zoom, making it the biggest imaging upgrade in the Redmi Note 15 series. According to Xiaomi, the new camera will enable up to 4x optical in-sensor zoom, which will enable people to take sharper shots and zoomed photos without significant quality deterioration.
