India, July 7 -- More than a decade ago, Sony took a jab at its closest competitor Microsoft with a 20-minute video explaining how to play games on their new, upcoming PlayStation 4 console. The video was titled "How to Share Games", and Shuhei Yoshida, then President of Sony Interactive Entertainment, was shown handing a boxed game to another company executive while holding a mischievous smile on his face. That was the time when PlayStation 4 was a successful console in the market, while Xbox One being launched at the same time as PS4 received a shaky market response because it was launched as a digital-only console. Sony tried to capitalize on this opportunity by showcasing itself as a company that was totally pro-consumer.
