India, Aug. 26 -- Sony has been facing immense backlash from the fans on its decision to go all-digital from January 2028 onwards. Despite endless petitions and fan posts, Sony has now officially confirmed its stand on going all-digital. The decision is based on declining physical discs sales but the fans have been backlashing Sony over losing ownership to the games purchased by them with their hard-earned money. While, some of the fans are worried about not being able to share their game discs with their friends, some believe that with the end of physical game discs they would not be able to purchase popular game discs from any kind of sale or promotion.
