India, Sept. 15 -- Fast storage is becoming more useful as games, creative files and AI apps need more space and quicker data access. Sandisk has launched two new internal SSDs in India: the SANDISK Optimus GX PRO 8100, which uses PCIe 5.0 for high-end PCs, AI and professional workloads, and the SANDISK Optimus GX 7100, which uses PCIe 4.0 and is aimed more at gaming, creative work, laptops and handheld devices.

The SANDISK Optimus GX PRO 8100 is made for users who need fast storage for gaming, AI apps, professional work and high-end PCs. It can deliver sequential read speeds of up to 14,900MB/s and write speeds of up to 14,000MB/s, based on Sandisk's internal testing.
