India, Sept. 17 -- Samsung has officially started the rollout of its long-awaited One UI 9 update, based on Android 17. The South Korean tech giant began releasing the stable software on September 16, 2026, following around four months of beta testing.

The update introduces a more streamlined experience, enhanced Galaxy AI capabilities and new privacy and security features for compatible Galaxy devices.
