India, Aug. 25 -- The Redmi Note 15 price hike appears to be the third revision Xiaomi has made in India since the phone was launched in January. This time, both configurations have become Rs.2,000 more expensive, according to current online listings.

The Redmi Note 15 now starts at Rs.28,999, while its 256GB variant has crossed Rs.30,000 and is listed at Rs.31,999.

This is a total increase of Rs.6,000 for the base version since launch, or approximately 26% over the price paid by early buyers. The 8GB+256GB version is now Rs.7,000, or about 28%, more expensive than its original price.
