India, Aug. 5 -- The Redmi K100 Pro is taking a different approach in the flagship segment by making battery life and charging the biggest selling points instead of raw benchmark scores. Redmi has officially confirmed an 8,580mAh silicon-carbon battery, 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and a 200MP primary camera.

Redmi has confirmed through a series of Weibo posts that the Redmi K100 Pro features a 26% silicon-carbon battery with an energy density of 945Wh/L, allowing it to pack an 8,580mAh battery without significantly increasing the phone's thickness.
