India, Sept. 10 -- A fresh system update has landed for Nintendo Switch 2, and this one brings more than the usual stability housekeeping. Version 23.0.0 adds Variable Refresh Rate support in TV mode, new Mii options, full console transfers, GameChat changes, and a stack of smaller quality of life tweaks.

Owners of the original Switch are getting Version 23.0.0 as well, although their patch list is much shorter. Most of those changes focus on virtual game cards and general system stability.
