India, July 21 -- Call of Duty players can stop camping on rumors. Activision and Infinity Ward have confirmed the Modern Warfare 4 beta schedule, and Kill Block is already shaping up to be the mode everyone will want to try first.

Early access runs from August 21 to August 25 for players who preorder on PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S. The open beta follows from August 28 to September 1, when Nintendo Switch 2 players can also squad up.

The beta begins after Call of Duty Next on August 21. The presentation will feature live gameplay, developer insights, multiplayer details, and new reveals before the servers go live.
